This small (50mm) cork fascia ball is particularly suitable for the selective massage of individual trigger points and for releasing fascia and tension in the jaw, head and face. It allows you to reach specific points on the jaw and face that are more difficult to massage with a fascia roller – for example your feet, head, neck and jaw.

This eco-friendly cork ball was made in Portugal and printed in the UK. Cork is a natural, renewable resource that can be recycled.
Care instructions: Wipe clean with a damp cloth soaked in warm water and a dash of lemon juice. Wipe clean a second time with water only to remove residue. Don't be concerned if The Ball looks stained after cleaning, this will disappear after drying for 30-40mins.
