Hands on India 2025

In February 2025, Helen Baker joined ‘Hands On India’ Expedition – a registered charity expedition providing support for six schools, 900 children, 3000 women in empowerment groups and 32 village health centres in West Bengal, India.

She joined a group of dedicated Chiropractors from Australia to provide invaluable health and education services for the tea plantation and rock breaker workers, their families and the communities in West Bengal. As you can imagine working bent over all day can lead to many musculoskeletal conditions including jaw pain.

Helen is on a mission to help raise awareness, share her experience, jaw pain journey and knowledge on all things TMJ Dysfunction around the globe and was absolutely honoured to have this opportunity to help even more jaw pain sufferers in Indian communities, societies and to people who are marginalised.
